PEROLA cocktail bar takes inspiration from the Iberian Peninsula throughout the drinks list and is primarily focused on elegant, sophisticated and inventive drinks that surprise and delight.
An exquisite space with interiors designed by Russel Sage Studios, it offers a glamorous, sky–high destination in the heart of Battersea with views overlooking the iconic Battersea Power Station and beyond.

About Perola
Perola meaning “Pearl” in Portuguese is a destination cocktail bar set on the 15th floor of art’otel London Battersea. With skyline views of the iconic Battersea Power Station and across the city, Perola showcases a signature cocktail menu that represents 12 unique artifacts, bringing their history to life through captivating presentation and flavour.
Alongside the mixology is a creative bar snack menu brought from the JOIA kitchen. Latin jazz and funk events can be enjoyed in Perola throughout the week.

Signature Serves
Signature serves at Perola include the Atinkythera Mechanism, a blend of Olive Oil washed Renais Gin, Oregano Mastiha, Caper, Lemon and Cucumber as well as The Sun Stone, crafted with Altos Blanco Tequila, Ojo De Dios Mezcal, Vetiver Liqueur, Mango and Black Pepper Cordial and topped with Soda.
An extensive wine list is also available alongside a selection of non-alcoholic cocktails.
Mocktails in Collaboration with Everleaf
This January, we’ve partnered with Everleaf to explore a new way of drinking – one that’s layered, botanical and unapologetically indulgent, without the alcohol. Familiar favourites have been reworked into alcohol-free serves, alongside Winged Nike, a brand-new cocktail created especially for Dry January.
Think forest botanicals, bright citrus, soft florals and gentle spice — proof that Dry January can still feel celebratory.
