Perola welcomes Edinburgh’s acclaimed Hey Palu in partnership with Malfy Gin for a one‑night‑only bar takeover from 6–10pm on Thursday 7th May.  Celebrated for its stylish intimacy and one of the UK’s most impressive collections of Italian amari, Hey Palu brings the spirit of Italian aperitivo to London with a bespoke menu of cocktails created exclusively for the evening.
