Celebrate Mother’s Day with a beautifully curated sharing-style menu showcasing the best of Iberian flavours. Your experience begins with creamy Iberico ham croquetas, followed by a selection of vibrant starters to share — including our octopus salad with red pepper and smoked paprika, rich beef pica pau with wild mushrooms and house pickles, and grilled leeks served over romesco with roasted almonds.
For the mains, guests enjoy a slow‑cooked lamb shank with bomba rice, chorizo and aioli, alongside a delicate sea bass fillet finished in a classic Bilbaína of garlic, chilli and parsley.
The experience includes sides for the table, featuring our signature patatas bravas with aioli and salsa brava, and roasted green beans dressed with chilli oil and piquillo sauce.
To finish, enjoy our decadent Basque cheesecake with quince compote.
Priced at £75 per person. All mums will receive a complimentary glass of bubbles.
