From 12th- 14th June, we will be serving a carefully curated selection of wines from Portugal and Spain at a pop-up bar at Battersea Power Station’s official Wine Circuit, perfectly suited for sipping throughout the event in a lively, open‑air summer setting.
A selection of Iberian-inspired hot dogs will be cooked live on the Big Green Egg, with highlights including Octopus Brioche with black aioli and brava sauce, and Basque Chistorra Brioche with mustard mayonnaise, crispy onions and kimchi aioli. Guests can also enjoy classic patatas bravas and finish with soft serve vanilla ice cream for a relaxed, flavour-led experience throughout the day.
