JOIA is the first London restaurant by award-winning two Michelin-starred Portuguese chef Henrique Sá Pessoa and is inspired by Henrique’s culinary heritage and travels across the Portuguese Iberian Peninsula.
Overlooking Battersea Power Station, Henrique Sá Pessoa’s menus for JOIA use authentic Iberian ingredients as the starting point for unique dishes that bring delicious new flavours in combination with meticulously sourced British produce.
‘JOIA’ meaning ‘jewel’ in Portuguese, is located on the 15th floor at the top of the new art’otel London Battersea Power Station, visitors will find a stunning setting with unique views across London.

Perola
Perola meaning “Pearl” in Portuguese is the new destination cocktail bar set on the 15th floor of art’otel London Battersea. With skyline views of the iconic Battersea Power Station and across the city, Perola showcases a signature cocktail menu that represents 12 unique artifacts, bringing their history to life through captivating presentation and flavour.
Alongside the mixology is a creative bar snack menu brought from the JOIA kitchen. Latin jazz and funk events can be enjoyed in Perola throughout the week.
JOIA Rooftop
The iconic JOIA Rooftop is now closed for the winter season, however you can still enjoy our cosy rooftop cinema experience. Join us every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 19th November – 21st December for a magical array of Christmas films that will transport you into the holiday spirit!
Situated on the JOIA Rooftop, overlooking the Battersea Power Station chimney’s join us for dinner or Sunday lunch first & then cosy up with friends, and nougat flavoured popcorn whilst watching your favourite Christmas movie!
