JOIA Cooking Masterclass: Arroz De Marisco

Start your evening with a welcome glass of Cava and some JOIA signature tapas dishes followed by a tour of the JOIA kitchen by Jose. For this particular evening, you’ll be making our a popular Arroz De Marisco with Bomba rise, red prawns, mussels & Razor clams.
During the experience, alongside two glasses of wine, our head chef will walk you through the recipe steps and cook along with you, answering any questions or doubts you may have.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- The dishes and ingredients of this cooking class are not changeable.
- If more than 6 people book the experience, all attendees or some (depending on final numbers), will have to share some equipment. Do not worry though, each participant will make and eat its dish from scratch!
- Additional drinks will be charged extra.
- The class is designed for adults (unless specified otherwise).
- You will also receive a recipe card and an apron.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
- The experience is non-refundable. No changes are allowed if it is missed. When you register for the experience, you agree to these terms.
- Should you not be able to attend you can invite someone else to attend on your behalf. This person will need to show your confirmation email.
- ‘JOIA’ meaning ‘jewel’ in Portuguese, is located on the 15th floor at the top of art’otel London Battersea Power Station, visitors will find a stunning setting with unique views across London and indulge in authentic flavourful Iberian dishes, combined with meticulously sourced British produce.
- JOIA Supper requires a minimum of 5 participants and reserves the right to cancel the experience due to insufficient enrolment or if art’otel needs to postpone due to an unforeseen occurrence. In this case, you will be informed at least 24 hours before and receive a full refund.
